Frank Romano started tattooing in Denver in 1983. After 2 years, he moved to upstate NY and worked in a small shop. A year later he moved back to his childhood home on Long Island and has been working there ever since. Frank opened Da Vinci Tattoo in March of 1991. He enjoys cover up work, japanese themes and feminine designs.
